His expertise includes technical operations management, strategic planning, performance improvement, new product development, and change management. 

Mitchell, as Vice President, Technical Operations for Time Warner Cable (TWC) Southern California, led the 1000+ field technical workforce, serving more than 1.9 million subscribers in Greater Los Angeles County.  As Vice President of Technical Operations at Brink’s Home Security, Mitchell led the 1000+ technical workforce (United States & Canada) and developed and implemented strategic programs and processes that resulted in significant and consistent performance and profitability improvement.
